Sharing more photos from Bellingrath Gardens on my blog and getting ready to head to the gym. What is on your To Do for today? Brady got me a new camera lens for my upcoming birthday and I got to take it to Bellingrath Gardens to learn how to use it. I was a little surprised at how sharp this this picture turned out. I really love it. Bellingrath Gardens is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. However, I am so happy to be home and in the AC again. 😂 Lets get real here for a second! Usually these types of posts are in the reverse order 🙈but the left was me 2 years ago and the right is me today. The last 2 years of life have been challenging and it's been SO difficult to find balance with life and taking proper care of myself. I don't feel the desire to be at 14 percent body fat again but I would like to be in a healthy percentage again. It's embarrassing to share backwards progress but I feel like it's important to be real and share the good, bad and ugly about life. I also know that by posting this, I will have more motivation to improve upon my habits. I really feel like this is the kick start I need to relearn balance and find passion for health once again.
